Brighton Board of Trade

President's Message

Dear Brighton Business Colleague:

It is an honor to introduce myself as BBOT's president for 2009. I am eager to serve the community where I am a lifelong resident and home owner utilizing my 18 years of volunteering and 10 years of professional experience brokering community-based relationships to promote workforce development.

Brighton's business community - your wealth of economic development resources - is a demonstrated leader citywide. Still, there is potential to strengthen community partnerships and increase local awareness to return greater benefit to the entire community.

My focus for 2009 is to enhance networking opportunities, encourage community service, advocate strongly for local services and goods first, and make better use of social media and web-based technology for BBOT and its members. As always, we will continue to advocate strongly for a clean & safe neighborhood.

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to lead BBOT, to carry forward the mantle of our commitments, and to bring new energy and perspective to new goals for our thriving neighborhood.

I look forward to working with you this year to promote our business community in a time when a team strategy has never been more essential to meeting current challenges and future goals.

Brighton Board of Trade PresidentSincerely,
Dan Cuddy
President
